Ezekiel Black
Ezekiel Black is the author of the poetry collection Letters from the Junta (Spuyten Duyvil, 2019). His poetry and reviews have appeared in Denver Quarterly, Fjords, Verse, Sonora Review, Tarpaulin Sky, and elsewhere. He attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he received an MFA in Creative Writing, and is a Senior Lecturer of English at The University of North Georgia.
Letters from the Junta
Letters from the Junta is a collection of epistles from a deranged military dictator. Like his mind, his misinformed diatribes and tirades are shattered, falling down the page like poetry. Despite this, there are also human moments of quiet reflection, about art, love, and memory.
